Psychotherapy Services

Psychotherapy is the process of promoting self-awareness and wellness through the employment of essential counseling techniques, some of which include: Socratic questioning, active and empathetic listening, caring confrontation, accountability, and various homework assignments.

It is our belief that when a client is operating within a safe environment the client is better able to take advantage of their increased awareness by making positive, healthy, and rational changes in thinking and/or behavior that will aid in alleviating or coping with biopsychosocial stressors that often cause emotional distress.
